1. Treatment Services

1. All treatments at Sai Bharadwaja Advanced Ayurveda Hospital are based on traditional Ayurvedic principles.
2. Results may vary based on individual constitution (Prakriti) and compliance with treatment protocols.
3. We reserve the right to modify treatment plans based on patient response and medical assessment.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

1. Appointments can be scheduled via phone, website, or in-person.
2. Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

3. Payments & Refunds

1. Full payment is required before commencing treatment packages.
2. Refunds for unused services will be processed minus a 10% administrative fee.
3. No refunds will be issued after treatment has begun.

4. Patient Responsibilities

1. Disclose complete medical history and current medications.
2. Follow prescribed diet (Ahara) and lifestyle (Vihara) recommendations.
3. Inform practitioners immediately of any adverse reactions.

5. Privacy Policy

1. All medical information is kept strictly confidential.
2. We may use anonymized case studies for educational purposes.
3. Patient records are maintained for 7 years as per medical regulations.

6. Liability

1. We are not liable for complications arising from non-compliance with treatment plans.
2. Patients with serious conditions must maintain parallel allopathic care as needed.
3. Our herbal preparations are generally safe but may interact with certain medications.
